|This ministry has a distinct kingdom, Messianic vision, identifying with God’s call and plan for the Jewish people and the church. My position is pre-trib! Personally: I was saved in 1976 while working as a war correspondent, journalist, photographer, artist and environmentalist. My calling is to share these great end-time dramas, to stand as a watchman and above all, to glorify my God.|

●Iran says it can reach all of Israel through its proxy, Hezbollah.
●Muslims try to "plant" another mosque on the Temple Mount.
Assimilation is the opposite of separation. Islam wants world assimilation into Sharia law. Socialism wants assimilation into a borderless world and economic control. The devil wants assimilation into his evil system. The Bible forbids Jews from assimilating into the nations when they were scattered. (Ezekiel 11:16) The Bible demands that Christians don’t assimilate into the world and remain separate. (2 Corinthians 6:17)
Zechariah 10:9 “I will sow them (Israel) among the peoples, and they shall remember Me in the far countries. They shall live together with their children, and they shall return.”
Shabbat (Sabbath) begins on Fridays at 6pm and ends on Saturdays at 6pm. The purpose is to help the church and Israel become reconciled in Messiah and to identify the rift, and the needed restoration. There is much in the church that needs to change before it can be fully reconciled with the Jew. Likewise, changes in Jewish thinking are also needed.

Shabbat Shalom to all:
The Bible reveals a controversy in the heart of the born-again believer. We are dead to self and sin, yet we keep arising, like dead men, to sin. (Romans 7:19) The work of the flesh wants to keep resurrecting sin in our lives, but when we see and understand the depth and power of the cross, self and sin stay dead.
You can’t beat sin’s power! That is a great revelation. You can only die to it.
Trying not to sin is the way of useless religion. It is the way of defeat and makes people subservient to the power of self / flesh.
Sin is a law, which always wins, just like gravity. You will be defeated and demoralised by trying to overcome it! It can only be overcome by a superior law – the law of life.
Romans 6:7 “He who has died has been freed from sin.”
Yes it’s all done for us in the spirit. But in the soul is the sneaky, sin-loving swine that needs to be defeated as we go forward.
The great exchange of our life for His life through the cross is only found in the New Covenant epistles. When it is at work, God’s way, it yields peace and many other glorious, good fruits.
A good measure of your progress in the Lord is seen in how often you say “thank you”, “please” and how often you yield, apologise and forgive others. It is also seen in how immovable you are on basic Bible truth. It is also seen in who your friends are and are not.
Getting slapped in the face is good for your progress. Actually, the slap is God’s doing, but turning the other cheek after being slapped, is our business. Turning the other cheek is our great opportunity for progress and service. It yields results.
The works of the law are about doing and not doing things. The law of life is all about being!
Many believers remain defeated at the foot of the cross. They believe in and apply the blood, which forgives sin, but they do not apply the cross, or their own daily cross, which strikes at the very root of sin. So they end up forgiven and burnt out from always trying to be holy.
The tragedy of superficiality today, is that many have tasted, received and applied some truth, but have not progressed far enough. Be careful out there, because not going far enough with our Lord is the first giant step to going backwards!
I love the Latin term, “Quo Vadis,” which means: “Where are you off to?” This was what our Lord said to Peter, who had basically given up following Him.
John 6:67 “Then Yeshua said to the twelve, do you also want to go away? Then Simon Peter said, ‘Lord to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.’”
We all need to progress beyond this devastating situation and the sooner the better! We have nowhere else to go, but to the devil and his world of perpetual, worsening evil. No way, no way! We must reach out always to our Lord, looking back with great thankfulness for His saving grace, and forward to the glory that lies before us.
►To the unsaved: Your time to reach out to our Lord for salvation is running out fast. What terrible regret there will be for those who miss their true golden opportunity! If God would allow you to come back and be saved after death, that would make the cross a mockery! Now is the time!
►To the backslider: Be careful...you are on very thin ice. Yes, the Lord loves the backslider, but He loves them to return. There are many big, hidden dangers for the backslider, especially in these days.
2 Peter 2:21 “It would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn away from it.”
For the pilgrim’s progress, many times our will must be crushed because we are not weak enough in and of our own strength. “O wretched man that I am” (Romans 7:24) and “I must decrease” (John 3:30) are powerful biblical proclamations! Out of that comes: “I am more than a conqueror in Him.” (Romans 8:37)
The essence of the Christian life is not a changed life, but an exchanged life.
Our end is God’s beginning, for us, and for His kingdom, and for the eternal universe!
When you effectively die to self, you are free to progress fast, motivated by the approval of God alone and not man.
Psalm 62:5 (Amp) “My soul, wait only upon God and silently submit to Him; for my hope and expectation is from Him.”
When you get your doctrine right, with a right heart, and the leading of the Spirit, it will fast-track and streamline your progress to perfection and victory, which will even be evident in your own thought life, which leads to your words and actions.
There is great importance in being tested. Every academic student gets tested. God tests the faith of His own. The end result of the test is pass or fail.
God sent Israel into the wilderness to “test them to humble them, to see what was in their heart, to do them good in the end. But they tested God in the wilderness, so He gave them their desires but sent leanness into their soul!” (Deuteronomy 8:2, 16, Psalm 106: 14-15)
2+2 = anything you want it to, if there is no truth. If there is, it is dogmatically: 2+2=4!
We must be especially on guard now in these times against the spirit of error within the church. It is becoming a fast moving plague in many churches. Just as the Bible predicts, there is also a great many progressing well and flying high with the Lord.
If you follow false teachers for any amount of time you will become a false Christian and you will soon become incapable of knowing the truth. Evil spirits of error will distort you.
It is most important who you receive from and who’s teaching you must reject. The spirit of error is very powerful, don’t underestimate it. Even its “truth” is pride-filled error.
Be careful of those who repeatedly come up with “private interpretations” which is condemned, or those who always go for fringe doctrines. (2 Peter 1:20)
Beloved brethren, you have arrived already and are arriving daily as you progress to soon coming glory!

Which Christians for the tribulation:
Which Christians for the tribulation:
Right up front let me say that I believe in a soon-coming pre-tribulation rapture for the true church of the living God. (If you go to the “Editions by subject” index, you will find numerous editions on the pre-tribulation rapture.)
Be very sure of and know this fact well: There are two groups who go by the title “Christian”. One is true, of the truth, of our Lord, born of the Spirit of God, sanctified by the blood of the Lamb, empowered by the power of the cross of Calvary and destined for heaven. The other is of partial truth, is of “another Jesus”, rejects the totality of the gospel, and is destined for the tribulation and ultimately hell, if they do not repent in the tribulation period.
One is God’s church; the other is the world’s church.
Failed Christianity, the successful religion of the world:
Christianity that fits in with the world and its religions is failed Christianity. Bring it down to the world’s level of understanding. Make it acceptable to the masses. Keep the occult, Babylonian convocations of Christmas and Easter within it. Make the popular sins of the world part of Christian doctrine, or at least tolerate them. Remove the fullness of the Spirit of God from it, and cast down the veracity of the entirety of the Bible and you have the world’s version of Christianity!
What you now have is a religion that the world accepts, loves and can walk with in bliss. You now have a religion that is not offensive to the world. Just look at how the world loves Christmas! What you have is a religion centred on “another Jesus”, created by fallen man for fallen man. (Galatians 1:8, 2 Corinthians 11:3-4.)
Identifying the world’s church – failed Christianity.
Two great “EKs”
1) In the messages to the seven churches in the Revelation we see one of the great rapture verses and promises of God in the message to the church at Philadelphia. There is wide consensus that the term, “the hour of trial” refers to the tribulation period.
Revelation 3:10 “Because you have kept My word to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world to test those who dwell on the earth.”
In the verse above we have the term “keep you from”. In the original, this is the word “EK” (Strong’s G1537) and it means literally to keep one “clean out away from.” The word does not imply being “protected through.” It is in fact one of the wonderful rapture words!
2) Now let’s look at the second usage of the word “EK” a few verses further on:
Revelation 3:16 “Because you (Laodicea) are lukewarm and neither cold not hot, I will spew (vomit) you out of My mouth.”
The term in the verse above, “out of” is the original word “EK” (Strong’s G1537) and means “clean out away from.”
So, in the first usage we see a church being removed “clean out away from” the tribulation and in the second usage we see another part of the church being promised it will be removed “clean out away from” our Lord’s mouth or presence! This church obviously goes into the tribulation.
Now isn’t that very interesting? We have the same word with the same meaning being used for the pre-tribulation rapture of the church at Philadelphia, and for the casting into the tribulation for the Laodicean section of the church!
Let’s look a bit further:
In Revelation 3:16, the term “Spew out” (Strong’s G1692) is the original word “emeo”. It means, “To vomit or throw up, or to reject completely with extreme disgust and utter abhorrence”. Some translations use the term “spew out” instead of “vomit”. The word “vomit” is the original word though, and it has much better typology. Vomit is food that was inside of your stomach. It had become part of you and was about to become part of your blood stream, giving you energy. As believers we become part of the family of God. We are born-again of Him and His blood.
“Vomiting out” implies the complete rejection and ejection of this person. Some argue that these were not true believers in the first place. Well, again the word “vomit” implies that they were or are members of the church. But be that as it may, vomit ends up on the ground – outside “clean out away from” the body.
Whichever way you cut it, it’s not good news! We can safely presume that the Laodicean church are fully and totally rejected, cast out and go straight into the tribulation period.
●So there we have it! One “EK” is the rapture, clean out away from the tribulation and the other “Ek” is the expulsion, clean out away from God’s mouth into the tribulation!
Who is the church of Laodicea today?
The image below is the ruins of Laodicea. The city was originally called the city of Zeus. He was a Greek god of the sky, lightning, thunder, law and justice. Everything about this god was prime-evil!
Be aware that the word Laodicea comes from two root words meaning “people opinioned.”
There is a miraculous plot of the course of church history contained in the messages to the seven churches in the Revelation. I’m not going to get into it here and now, suffice to say that the plot really thickens as we go from Pergamos to Laodicea.
As revealed in Revelation 3:10, the central characteristic of Laodicea is being neither cold nor hot. This refers to no absolutes, no real difference between right and wrong. It means being tolerant of all values and having no Biblical virtues, accepting all faiths, elevating all human rights even those against God’s rights. It means having no judgement. It is the epitome of humanism. It is the epitome of being “people-opinioned or ruled!
Let me warn you. If you accept everything and won’t judge sin and evil, it WILL overtake you down the line, and you WILL end up with the Laodicean masses. You will end up serving and being part of the opinions of the masses, vomited out of God’s mouth!
But how did Laodicea get so far off course?
Revelation 2:12 describes the church of Pergamos as one to whom our Lord speaks with a “two-edged sword.” This most certainly refers to the dividing of truth and error which was greatly lacking in this church. The name Pergamos means “thoroughly married or mixed together”.
This mixing together has a similar meaning to being lukewarm.
In its historic application this church marked the era of Constantine who issued a decree of “toleration” allowing for pagan religious practices to merge with Christian truth. This church paved the way for the formation of the Catholic church – the church of Babylon.
What is important in these verses to some of the seven churches is the condemnation of the mixture of truth and error, right and wrong, satanic and godly doctrine and principles.
Today we have many churches that mix truth and error, right and wrong and try to justify it.
Today the Laodicean church would most certainly include most of the denominational churches, if not all, as well as others that fit the bill.
Laodicea – the cessationists:
There are of course individual exceptions to what I am presenting you with now. I am not suggesting that all cessationists are in the same boat, neither am I implying that all will go into the tribulation - not by any means.
Cessationism is the belief that the supernatural gifts of the Spirit ceased to exist on the death of the last apostle. They reject the baptism in the Spirit with the evidence of the gift of tongues. Some cessationists believe that God does still perform supernatural acts but just doesn’t use people!
Cessationsists believe that the supernatural gifts attributed to the early apostles were to verify and authenticate their ministries. They maintain that the gifts are not needed today as we now have the Bible to lead us.
On what or who’s authority do the cessationists stake their claim that the gifts ceased on the death of the last apostle? Where on earth does that presumption come from? Imagine the audacity of inventing such a far reaching and important doctrine based on the presumption of some Spirit-less, blind guide!
There is no verse indicating that the gifts were only needed to establish the veracity of the apostles. There is no verse indicating that the gifts would only be in operation for that very short duration of time during the ministry of the apostles.
Now let’s apply some other logic. It is these end-times in which our Lord warns numerous times, that deception will intensify to monumental proportions. It is in these last-days that the Bible speaks of masses falling away while others come to salvation. It is these last-days that are described as a time like no other, which has ever been or ever will be on this earth.
Does that sound like a time where the gifts are no longer needed? Come on now – you have to have the logic of a squashed flea to believe that. The logic of that is simply beyond words!
1 Corinthians 13:8-9 “Where there are prophecies, they will fail; where there are tongues they will cease; where there is knowledge, it will vanish away. We know in part and prophecy in part, but when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away with.”
Cessationists maintain that “the perfect which is to come” is the Bible, therefore tongues have ceased! Again what presumption to destroy an entire Bible-doctrine based on what some Spirit-less individual taught!
In verse 12 it says, “Then we shall see face to face.” The word “then” refers back to “when the perfect has come”. This is so clearly a reference to when we are in presence of our Lord. We could say it this way, “When the perfect comes, we will see face to face.” To try and say that that means when the Bible comes, is extremely short-sighted and wrong.
Why does the Bible identify two time-periods for the ending of the gift of prophecy and for the ending of tongues?
In the passage above where it says, “Tongues will cease”, the original word used means that the gift of tongues will cease in an instant, in a split second, while the other will dissipate over a period of time, which is the seven year tribulation.
►A perfectly logical interpretation of this means that tongues, which were given at the foundation of the church, exclusively for the church, will cease in an instant at the end of the church – or the rapture! That is when “we will see face to face”!
The rotten fruit of the cessasionists:
●A big fruit of the cessationist is the inability to properly see and distinguish between the kingdom of the world and the Kingdom of God, or to see the conflict between these two kingdoms.
●Almost without exception they are dry and semi-lifeless spiritually. In fact today they are falling away fast.
●They are creators of division especially doctrinal division within the church. All of the denominational churches are in fact churches of division. That is the meaning of the word denomination. The so-called reformers and creators of the denominations were all cessasionists apart from John Wesley.
●The cessationist view replaces the supernatural power of God with the energy and power of that individual’s own intellect, flesh, strength, and ideas. This is why it has caused so many divisions (denominations) and is also the root cause of so many within their persuasion falling away from the faith, as prophesied in the Bible.
●The big central issue with the cessationists is that they are powerless. There are so many issues and situations today where demonic activity and curses are directly involved. How can you even see them, never mind deal with them without the gifts?
If you want to have a battle in your Christian life, go their way. You will be operating in the energy of your own flesh, reason and strength. You will soon become stressed, tired and exhausted spiritually.
The tragedy of Laodicea is that our Lord stands outside and knocks on the door. He is not welcome here. Have all those sitting inside got a big surprise coming?
Opposition to the gifts:
There is some degree of justified opposition to the gifts of the Spirit as a result of the misuse of the gifts by many. But don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater!
Non-Spirit filled resistance to the gifts has a few common threads. One is: “Tongues doesn’t make sense” or what about those who misuse the gifts? What about this one or that one who fell? Just think about that argument. That’s the same as saying we must get rid of cars, because some people misuse and abuse them.
Misuse of a gift is no reflection on the gift. It’s a reflection on the turkey doing the misusing!
If God makes and gives provision for a successful Christian life, and you reject it, don’t be surprised when you don’t have a successful Christian life.
Some say they’ll believe when they see it. It’s not a case of when or if I see and understand it, then I’ll believe it. You must first come in, and then you will see.
Please remember that brain power is the counterfeit of God’s supernatural leading and working by, in and through the gifts of the Spirit.
The big bottom line:
There are so many prophetic passages of scripture showing a destroyed church side by side with a strong growing church in these last days. There are so many passages giving the reasons as well, yet so many people are going headlong towards the tribulation!
In the following passages we have a discourse specifically on the conditions of the “last days.”
2 Timothy 3:5 “These have a form of godliness, but deny its power. From such turn away.”
Jude 1: 19 “These are sensual (self or flesh motivated) persons who cause divisions, not having the Spirit. But you, beloved building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Spirit...”
There are many who have “a form or godliness but deny its power.” There are many who “cause division, not having the Spirit.”
The fruits and results of the cessationists are failure. They are in grave danger and they can’t see it. They must deal with numerous enemies that they can’t even identify or see, never mind deal with in spiritual authority.
It is in fact a sad, tragic story.
Hopefully many will wake up and remove themselves from Laodicea. If they don’t – tribulation is their future.
What many wishy washy Christians want is salvation without an interfering Saviour, heaven without holiness and all the glories of eternity without the inconvenient, politically incorrect Messiah Yeshua and His Bible. They think God is just what and who they think He is. They have created God in their own image and expect to be welcomed into heaven!
Only when you go God’s way will you find all that He is and has for you. To the believer obeying God, holiness is always fulfilling and attractive. Godly holiness has the sin stripped out. It has all evil removed. It has God’s Spirit in it. The “holiness” of the ones operating in their own strength is never fulfilling because it is humanistic in origin and practice.
They do what they deem to be right, measured according to the world and their own life-experience. It is the very essence of self-righteousness. This is the essence of what religion is.
People hate true Christianity because it is not a religion and therefore it’s not like them and can’t be tamed by them, their laws and works! They want religion to fit into the boxes of their creation, and true Christianity doesn’t fit into any box because it’s a living breathing organism attached to the living God.
The Christian religion is and always has been a failure. The Christian religion is the world’s version of Christianity!
Christianity is not a religion. It is a relationship into which you can only be born through blood and sustained by the living Spirit of God.
Some of the uses and effects of the full baptism in the Spirit:
●Edification ●Magnifying God ●Assurance of faith ●Unity ●Discernment ●Protection ●Spiritual warfare ●Authority ●Endurance ●Self control ● Prophetic insight ●Witnessing ●Praying God’s wishes and much more.
The great cleansers:
The final character and nature of the whole universe will be holy, pure and clean from all sin and evil. It will all be wonderfully glorious, magnificent and beyond our imagination.
►If you want a glimpse of our glorious future, please have a look at Edition 197 HERE.
●There is one big great cleanser. It is the cross of Calvary and the shed blood of our Lord.
●There is another big, great, tragic cleanser. It is called the seven year tribulation period encompassing the wrath and judgement of God upon this world. It will cleanse the world for the Millennium.
●There is a final great, and eternally tragic cleanser called hell, but nobody comes out of it.
How wise it is to choose the free gift of God, salvation through the cross of Messiah now!
The following verse is perhaps a great shock to many. Some will reject it flat out. Many will argue with it and deny it. Many church ministers will and do water it down, or avoid it all together. It is politically incorrect.
Hebrews 12:14 “...Without holiness, no one will see the Lord.”
Holiness apart from being wonderfully attractive is a very powerful force. It is a Godly force. It is a power and force stemming right from the heart of the living God.
Why is holiness such an attractive thing and also hated by so many? I know in my life, that in the last few years, holiness, purity and truth have become such a passionate desire and driving force.
It really is quite simple. Everything about our Lord is true, pure and holy. The eternal future after judgement will be pure and holy forever. As you draw near to this incredible God, so the beauty of His holiness becomes apparent, and draws you right into it, and infuses into you.
Holiness is a fruit of the new birth and following our Lord.
One of the most powerful ways and means to know if a church and its leader are on course with our Lord is visible in the fruits, specifically holiness, but also in this truth: Is your church aware of the fast approaching tribulation period and does it have knowledge, understanding and wisdom to deliver you from it?
My friends, the tribulation period is coming fast. If you land up in it, you will still be able to get saved, although the tribulation saints will be somewhat different.
It is very dangerous to try and escape the coming tribulation in your own strength.
Revelation 16:15 “Behold I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walks naked and they see his shame.”
Matthew 24:43-44 “Know this that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore, you also be ready, for the Son of Man comes at an hour when you do not expect Him.”
Revelation 3:3 “...If you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief and you will not know what hour I come upon you.”
1 Thessalonians 5:2-6 “You yourselves know that the Day of the Lord comes as a thief in the night, for when they say ‘peace and safety!’ then sudden destruction comes upon them as labour pains upon a pregnant woman and they shall not escape. But you brethren are not in the darkness, so that this day should overtake you as a thief...therefore let us not sleep as others do, but let us watch.”
I took this picture of a white rhino easing out in a game reserve up the road from my home.
Shalom and grow in grace!
