|This ministry has a distinct kingdom, Messianic vision, identifying with God’s call and plan for the Jewish people and the church. My position is pre-trib! Personally: I was saved in 1976 while working as a war correspondent, journalist, photographer, artist and environmentalist. My calling is to share these great end-time dramas, to stand as a watchman and above all, to glorify my God.|

Shabbat (Sabbath) begins on Fridays at 6pm and ends on Saturdays at 6pm. The purpose is to help the church and Israel become reconciled in Messiah and to identify the rift, and the needed restoration. There is much in the church that needs to change before it can be fully reconciled with the Jew. Likewise, changes in Jewish thinking are also needed.

Safe from delusion:
Safe from delusion:
Great deception and delusions are sweeping this world from top to bottom. It will intensify massively in the times ahead. Deception was the major sign our Lord warned against, which would be prevalent at His coming.
Right up front let me say that you are safe from deception and delusions if you know your Bible well under the leading and auspices of the Spirit of God, and if you use your spiritual gifts and weapons.
2 Timothy 3:13 “Evil men and imposters will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.”
Matthew 24:11-12 “...then many false prophets will arise and deceive many and because of lawlessness the love of many will grow cold.”
These are dangerous days. The verses above are a serious warning. End-time deceptions will lead to many becoming spiritual shipwrecks. Don’t be one of them!
This is a special unique time for this world. It is a time like never before, nor ever shall be. It has very specific conditions and severe warnings to go with it.
Matthew 24:4 (Signs of the end) “Take heed that no one deceives you. Verse 11 “Many false prophets will arise and deceive many.”
2 Thessalonians 2:9-11 “The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who are perishing because they did not receive the love of the truth that they may be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion that they should believe the lie.”
In this verse above, we see that “strong delusion” is coming on the wings of the coming antichrist. These delusions will be in the form of powerful, lying signs and wonders. We are now in the forerunner period.
Far too many people are undiscerning. They swallow any deceptions because they come dressed in religiosity.
But make no mistake, we have seen nothing yet. It’s going to become a plague, far worse.
Be very careful of the spiritually unprepared presuming to be in ministry. You will know them by their multitudes of errors, deceptions and “prophecies” that never come to pass.
I’m sure you know of people who are ignorant of the word and arrogant to the fact that they need to go back and study it before presenting it to others.
What deception is not:
Someone being wrong or mistaken due to a plain, simple unintentional error is not deception as such. It’s just being wrong and the cure is being right. Not one single human being ever came to salvation having everything right.
We grow in the Lord and His word and that’s the way it is.
But you must learn fast and become right with God in doctrine and in heart as soon as possible.
A heart and soul that is always pushing forward into the depths of God, is right and will be rewarded.
The depths of Satan and the deep things of God:
Shockingly, our Lord condemns the church of Thyatira (one of the seven). His rebuke is amazing!
Revelation 2:20 “They knew the depths of Satan...I will kill you with death.”
The “depths of Satan” here are the doctrines of Jezebel amongst others, which are controlling spirits. But imagine a church being accused by our Lord Himself of “knowing the depths of Satan!” This church is identified as the major orthodox churches like the Catholics, Anglicans etc.
Then contrast this with 1 Corinthians 2:9-10 “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for him. But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes the deep things of God.”
So, here the Bible lays out two all important, critical paths. You can follow the wolf in the pulpit into the “depths of Satan” or you can enter into the “deep things of God.” Guess which is the way to go?
A Christian may be known for being a good friend of the world and fitting in well with everything the world esteems highly. Or a Christian may be known for being a friend of the kingdom of God and everything it esteems highly. The former will prove you are a friend of devils and demons, while the latter identifies you as God’s own.
A half-baked, mixed gospel will produce a life mixed with the world and the kingdom. A good example is a foul-mouthed Christian. Poison has a nasty habit of spreading widely.
Today, too many people are not only a law unto themselves, but a god unto themselves. They are their own supreme being on the throne of their own lives, deciding for themselves what is right.
Identifying deception and the deceived:
2 Timothy 4:3-4 “The time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth and be turned aside to fables (Lit=myths).”
The word “fable” used here is Strong’s G3454 “Mythos” This is the origin of the word myth which means an untrue or false belief, widely held by many.
These characteristics below are just some of the main factors surrounding the deceived:
●They will not see the division between the kingdom of God and the world.
●They will adhere to the delusion that because the masses hold to their views, they are right.
●They will support the morals of the world specifically identified in homosexuality and LGBT’s.
●They will eagerly support or defend the belief that all religions are right with God.
●They will support involvement in the occult, fortune telling, clairvoyance and the like.
●They will have no interest in the diligent study of God’s word.
●They will have no or little interest in Bible prophecy and will scoff at it.
●They will reject correction by the word of God and men of God.
●They will have no inner peace or joy.
The great modern deceptions, delusions and curses:
●A great modern delusion created almost entirely by the mass-media is that Islam is a religion of peace, when in fact it is a merciless, dangerous death machine.
Have you ever wondered why the mass-media and liberal feminists never fight for the rights of Muslim women? It’s because they’re of the same spirit, just different manifestations of it!
●A great deception and delusion is replacement theology, which believes that God has finished with Israel and the Jews forever and the church has now replaced Israel. They believe that wherever you see an “Israel” verse, replace it with the church.
Those of replacement theology try to replace the root of our salvation. We are rooted in Israel! We are born of God and His line through Israel. We are rooted in the Olive tree and as Gentile believers, (the wild olive branch) we are grafted in. (Romans 11)
We are not the root.
Here’s a good way to think of it: The root is: God, growing through Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Israel, Yeshua and the church. But God has not finished with Jacob / Israel.
You can always spot someone a mile off who knows he is grafted in and he is not the root!
●YouTube and other social media is becoming more of a minefield full of deception and grave delusions.
The Internet remains the best method of spreading the gospel far and wide, but beware; truth and error travel the same highway!
By the way, be careful of new doctrines presented as established truth. Be careful of the many “private interpretations” out there. “Private interpretation” is condemned in (1 Peter 1:20). Be careful of doctrines invented to support other doctrines of error. Be careful of presumption presented as doctrine, without solid scriptural backing.
●Be careful of the King James-only crowd. Those who believe that the King James Version is the only inspired Bible on earth are of a cult.
Classical cultic operation is to make your own law of something and then condemn anyone who doesn’t keep your law.
They are telling you that you can only use the King James to be right. They are saying that all who don’t use it are wrong, using a cursed version. They are cutting you off because you are not like them.
I am not suggesting that it’s wrong to use the King James Version, although I would not because of all its errors and it’s old English. I’m coming against those who say it’s the King James only.
●Be careful of minsters wearing dress that separates them from the laity. They are the modern Nicolaitans.
●Be careful of anything to do with Nibiru. It all originates in the occult. It finds its origin in an evil Babylonian mystery god.
The Babylonians believed that the Anunaki, a race of invisible creatures, disembarked from planet Nibiru when it visited the earth long ago. These evil creatures inhabited and possess various animals, some of which were believed to be mythological Egyptian gods and creatures.
Nibiru is a classic example of how blind Christians jump on any old blinded band wagon! – It is all cursed, with a far reaching end-time purpose, which I won’t get into now.
●Be careful of any ministry that avoids end-time or prophecy teaching. When you remove a doctrine it will always be replaced with another by the devil. They will fill the gap which will be way off.
Delusions, illusions, fallacies and figments of imagination are the order of the day. Deceptions of the devil and self-deceptions are the plagues of modern Christendom. Too many are mismanaging their spiritual lives with great carelessness, stumbling into a fool’s paradise, seduced by the smoke and mirrors of the occult. They become tempted by it, tricked and trapped.
My friends there are many unseen forces out there, which you have been given victory over, if you apply God’s provision.
Ultimately, you will be known by your victory in and over this world or your entrapment by it. You will be known by what you do, and what you let into your life, or by what you won’t do and what you keep out of your life. You need to do both – not just one!
The way to safety:
In these dangerous days, you need ears to hear the trumpets sounding warnings and be ready for warfare! You need to have spiritual eyes to see what others can’t see.
Keep your heart soft and broken before our Lord. Fear Him and take up your cross daily. Study to show yourself approved, pray fervently and seriously, use your spiritual weapons...and you will be safe!
If our Lord warned of the deceptions, obviously there is a way to avoid them and be safe.
Ignorance of an enemy attack is a sure way to be hit by it. Knowledge of the attack gives you the edge in defending against it.
Matthew 22:29 “You are mistaken not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.”
1 Corinthians 1:18-20 (Amp) “The message of the cross is sheer absurdity and folly to those who are perishing and on their way to perdition (hell), but to us who are being saved, it is the manifestation of the power of God. For it is written, I will baffle and render useless and destroy the learning of the learned and the philosophy of the philosophers and the cleverness of the clever and the discernment of the discerning , I will frustrate and nullify them and bring them to nothing. Where is the wise man – and the philosopher? Where is the scribe (journalist) – the scholar? Where is the investigator – the logician, the debater of this present age? Has not God shown up the nonsense and the folly of this world’s wisdom?”
My friends in these days we need the truth mixed with power! That truth is only found in the Bible and that power comes only one way – through the cross!
In this amazing discourse above we see the importance of receiving and knowing the word of God and rejecting the word of the world. Now let’s continue with an equally profound discourse on the condition of your heart to receive the word and keep the world out:
This is our Lord’s explanation of His own parable given earlier on the seed and the ground, which are the word and the heart of man.
Luke 8:12-15 (Where the seed fell): “Those by the wayside (hard ground) are the ones who hear; then the devil comes and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. But the ones on the rock (stony ground) are the ones who hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no roots, who believe for a while and in time of temptation fall away. The ones who fell among thorns are those who when they have heard, go out and are choked with the cares, riches and pleasure of life, and bring forth no fruit to maturity. But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who have heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience.”
These verses above encapsulate the entire way to safety as we move forward in maturity. These verses are all about the condition of your heart. It is this condition that decides whether you will grow in Him or be deceived and fall away.
It is only a soft broken heart before our Lord that is safe from the weeds, thorns and storms of deceptions!
Think of your cross as the instrument to break up the hard ground of your life.
Satan’s greatest work is to keep you away from the cross of Calvary and your own cross.
Let the Lion of the tribe of Judah and not a little Lamb loose in your heart. After the Lion has done His severe work in you, the wrath of God will be forever far from you.
Don’t turn a deaf ear to the trumpet blasts of our Lord sounding even now. Don’t retreat into your own world of self-deception. Don’t think “I’m okay because I’m just like the others.”
Isaiah 66:4 “I will choose their delusions, and bring their fears upon them; because when I called, no one answered, when I spoke they did not hear; but they did evil before My eyes, and chose that in which I do not delight.”
God will not hear some:
God turns a deaf ear to some people. That may not be a popular democratic, equal rights belief, but regular readers know what I think of that!
Have you ever discussed and argued with someone who just can’t see the truth? You know how frustrating it can be! Some are blinded by God and the devil. Some have a dark cloud or veil over their lives and just can’t see.
In many cases I’ve found that some people, who have been in direct occult, satanic worship and practise, never get totally free. Some do for a while only. It’s best not to put that to the test!
John 9:31 ”God does not hear sinners, but if anyone is a worshipper of God and does His will, He hears him.”
Psalm 66:18 “If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear.”
Proverbs 28:9 “One who turns away his ear from hearing the law (word), even his prayer shall be an abomination.”
Some encouragement in effectiveness:
At the end of the day, your effectiveness for our Lord is measured by the degree to which you are dead to self, the world and the demonic. Those who are deeply scarred with the imprints of the cross on their lives are most effective.
We were made in God’s image, but Satan interfered with that image and has changed far too many people into his image! Too many today have more in character with the image of the beast than the image of God!
Our journey to the cross does not end there. Beyond the cross is resurrection, which is where the power is. But the problem is that many leave the cross behind as they go forward. We are to take up our own cross daily as we move beyond the cross of Calvary in experience.
This is the way in which the lusts of the flesh, and sin is cleaned up as we go. If we leave our own cross behind, we will be saved by the cross of Messiah, but our motivations and desires will still be untouched and wrong.
We have both the resurrection power of God, and the cleansing work of our own cross-bearing to set us right with God in all areas.
But there is something even beyond resurrection in terms of our experience. It is seen in the ascension. This takes us into a wonderful place of experiencing the deep presence of God.
The same progressive journey is seen in the seven Feasts of the Lord which are grouped into three. These are Passover (the cross) to Pentecost (supernatural) and Tabernacles (dwelling in His presence.)
Many times, following and serving our Lord is a lonely, narrow walk. That’s right, it must be that way.
When the unbeliever realises that you are not like them, because you have someone else living inside of your heart – they will either want what you have, or they will hate you...and that’s the way it must be!
Our Lord was tempted in all things, but without sin. He overcame the temptation. We overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. There must be something powerful in that blood! That’s why the unbeliever and the superficial Christian, who doesn’t believe the Bible, can never overcome sin, deception or delusion.
When you go to bed at the end of your day, what thoughts cross your mind? Did your day count for God in any way? Did you fulfil His will for you in any way? If not, your day was a waste of time! Time is running out!
Little errors grow into big deceptions which grow into big delusions. Deal with them immediately...as soon as they are identified – don’t wait. Cut them down right at the root; don’t just pick the fruits off, because they will come back.
Be happily different. Don’t worry about or measure yourself against others, especially the world. You are deceived when you believe in becoming all things to all people!
Yes, great deceptions are all around, but great victory and great peace is right here for you.
Ephesians 2:14 “He Himself is our peace...”
I took these two pictures in the wilds of Namibia and mixed them for effect, representing dryness and death in the desert of this world...soon to end.
Shalom and grow in His Grace!
