Safety in the soon coming mega storms:
In this edition I am not speaking of the tribulation period, but the time period just before it begins.
2011 is going to be a monumental year for the world.
There are some huge mega-storms about to hit the world with great fury. Their destruction will be widespread and will spare very few. Do you know what's coming? Are you ready? Will you be safe?
I'm not talking about the weather. What I am referring to is round two of the world financial crisis, double dip recession and the coming economic meltdown. I'm also referring to socio-political hurricanes and the upheavals of war. Oh, yes...and the weather will play a part!
The events coming in 2011 will be shocking, but what comes in the tribulation period will be far worse. The events of 2011 will be the forerunners of the tribulation. It is the start of the judgement of God on a Christ rejecting world.
Many people can't or wont believe that God is the supreme judge of all things. We all need to realise what judgement is. It is not essentially an act of vengeance. It is an act of purification. God is pure and holy and His new world and universe will be absolutely pure and holy forever. So the judgement of God is in fact a creative act of love. It's the installing of righteousness and the removal of corruption.
If you have one rotten apple amongst some good ones. You don't throw them all out. You throw out the one with corruption in it so that it doesn't spread to the others.
The eternal family of God will live in the glory of purity, holiness and perfection. The removal and destruction of everything evil is holy, good and right.
A hard hearted blind world:
In the previous edition I discussed how and why God blinds the eyes of them that believe not. The Bible also declares that God hardens the heats of unbelievers.
Is this fair? Yes of course it is simply because it's God who is at work. But the key is that the people first turn away from God in their own self righteous pride. God then hardens their hearts and blinds them to spiritual reality.
God hardened the heart of Pharaoh after refusing to let the Israelites be free. Was God wrong. Of course not. You see the Bible also declares that Pharaoh hardened his own heart! Then God came in and hardened his heart. God gave Pharaoh plenty of opportunity to repent and change. God now says; you want to go that way...okay you go. I will harden your heart more and blind your eyes.
1 Samuel 6:6 "Why then do you harden your own hearts as Pharaoh did?"
Exodus 9; 12 "The Lord hardened Pharaoh's heart, just as He had told Moses."
What Pharaoh could not see or understand was that God had a plan for the children of Israel. Pharaoh was filled with his own arrogance, pride and self will. He could only see things his own way.
We need to meet God's conditions. He does not need to meet ours!
A dangerous shocking truth:
There is a much deeper, far reaching and shocking reality in this story of the exodus from Egypt. Egypt (and Babylon for that matter) are always types of the world system. We are now at the door step of the modern Exodus. The children of Israel are already starting to come into their spiritual promised land. They are about to see and recognise their Jewish Messiah en-mass!
The modern Pharaoh's of this world, with their foolish hearts darkened and spiritual eyes blinded, will again come after the Jews. They will gather around Jerusalem and the fields of Israel to kill them. Will you be one of them? Before you say, "no never" the Bible shows that the whole world will come against them led by the antichrist, who will have with him an enormous 'spiritual' group or body including much of the church! The Bible reveals that the false prophet will be the sidekick to the antichrist. He will lead a massive religious multi-faith group against Israel.
The last modern-day Pharaoh, Hitler had his own ideas about creating a millennium of peace. But the Jews were not part of his plan. Nothing has changed.
A second Holocaust is coming.
Satan will cause much trouble for the Jews on the verge of their flight from spiritual Egypt to the spiritual promised land.
God will have His own watchmen and warriors standing with and for Israel as these dark days arrive. He will have some people who will be secretly hidden amongst the Jews, just as He had in ages past.
You know the story of Joseph hidden in Egypt for a specific time and purpose. The story of Esther is similar. Today God is looking for modern day Josephs and Esthers!
Both Joseph and Esther were placed by God in their situations just at the right time for a spectacular role. When God created you it was no accident. It wasn't fate. You were born into a time and place with the most incredible opportunity to be part of the plan of God Himself, with eternal implications for you and many others.
Esther 4:14 "For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father's house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this."
I ask you this question. "Have you come to the kingdom for such a time as this?" It's a very powerful question. It may even cost you your life. Will you take up your God given call and role or slink away and melt in with Egypt, Babylon and the Rev. Pharaohs of this world.
Reverend Pharaoh will lead you to hell!
The days are soon coming where fence sitting will slice you in half. You need to be fully on God's side. God has many people on His side, but He is looking for more. He is looking for those who will throw off the occult church-created traditions and put on the Godly convocations and practises.
God's army doesn't only have warriors on the front line, but many back room people as well. You need to find your own call and fill it.
I must say that it's kind of odd saying these things when the pressure is not really on us yet. Right now we are in the lull before the storm. But being forewarned is being forearmed. Now is the time to find and know God's will and plan and get prepared.
There are many people, some I know personally, who have wasted their lives. They've given themselves over to the world and it's ways. They are really happy. Soon they will howl and weep in desperation as they see how they missed God's amazing plan for their lives and eternal state.
What is coming
Riots in Europe:
Riots and social unrest will be seen all over the world.
Economic melt down is now almost inevitable.
World stock market melt down is coming.
Drought and famine will intensify.
Massive food inflation is coming.
War between Israel Iran is inevitable now.
Economic meltdown:
We now face the convergence of multiple mega-trends, which collectively can do immeasurable damage to the world economy.
Right now we have Peak Oil, sovereign insolvency and currency debasement all on the go at the same time. We now have a number of unsustainable trends converging. They are not independent of each other, but highly interlocked.
There is a moratorium on deep sea oil exploration on the go as a result of the BP oil spill. Have you noticed that the oil price has been edging higher of late? This moratorium will only be due for revue in 2012. In the mean time oil supply is falling.
Sovereign debt issues in Europe and in the US are now completely out of control and unsustainable. World growth would have to be flying high on steroids to have any hope of meeting the debt requirements. I won't bore you with all the numbers, but I can assure you I've studied the entire subject diligently. In fact I write on the subject for financial publications and speak regularly on a number of radio programs on the subject.
Currency debasement as a result of governments trying to print their way out of debt, will only add to the overall problem. This is one of the reasons why gold continues to make repeated new highs.
The troubles with Israel and Iran have dominated the news, but there is another very deadly war brewing that could send oil through $200 a barrel and cripple the half-crippled world economy. This is a huge conflict coming within the Arab world itself. The Shia and Sunni Muslims have been at odds with each other for ages. This could soon erupt into full scale war between them. It wouldn't be the first time
The great conflict of Elam:
Jeremiah 49:34-39 "The word of the Lord came to Jeremiah against Elam saying: Behold, I will break the bow of Elam. Against Elam I will bring the four winds...there shall be no nation where the outcasts of Elam will not go, for I will cause Elam to be dismayed before their enemies. I will bring disaster upon them, My fierce anger says the Lord and I will send the sword after them...but it shall come to pass in the latter days; I will bring back the captives of Elam says the Lord."
The map below is very important. The large arrow point to the location of ancient Biblical Elam. The smaller arrow points to the city of Bushehr and the bottom arrow points to the straits of Hormuz.
Here is what's very interesting indeed. Elam in Biblical times was larger and includes most of this map. It is modern day western Iran. Ever heard of Bushehr? It's the location of Iran's brand new nuclear power station that has been the source of much controversy lately. And the Straits of Hormuz is the Iran control gateway, through which 40% of the world's oil travels in huge tankers.
The description of the "latter days" conflict in Jeremiah (above) is really scary. It looks like this will be a big war. Here we have oil and nuclear wrapped up in one. This conflict is due very soon!
A war of the nature spoken of by Jeremiah in this region, will push the oil price far higher. The world economy is very fragile right now. the economic recovery has stalled. Any new shocks will send it spiralling into a crippling recession and depression similar to that of the 1930s.
Sub-Prime 2 is almost upon us.
Get ready for a world economic tsunami of massive proportions.
The seeds of sub-prime 2 have been sown and are growing! The American dream is life liberty and happiness, on credit, even if you are not credit worthy! That's actually exactly how most Americans think. They think that the state owes them a home and a living. Well, this dream became a nightmare. Sub-prime1 proved that you can't live on credit without paying your dues. That's so simple, yet Americans couldn't and still can't understand it.
Foreclosure city is now the dirty name of every US town and it's getting worse.
Again, as with sub-prime 1, the banks took a major hit because, after foreclosure, these assets (homes) were steadily losing value, so the banks couldn't sell them on at a profit. The rate of foreclosures has been escalating to more than during sub-prime 1.US banks have again created this new coming tsunami themselves.
US banks have hired 'foreclosure mills'...law firms that specialise in foreclosures and evictions. These 'mills' have been involved in interfering with structure of the mortgages themselves. This is where fraud is now being uncovered on a massive scale.
People who've lost their homes are now finding out that they have legal recourse to get their homes back. Since this all hit the fan, Bank of America, JP Morgan and others instantly stopped foreclosures.
Can you see the problem?
People who are unemployed or unable to pay their mortgage dues are legally getting their homes back. Banks have been forced to halt foreclosures of others who can't pay. So at the end of the line who takes the big hit? The banks do.
Another offshoot of this fraud is that many are now finding that they have a legal loophole not to pay their mortgages even if they can.
Alarm bells are staring to ring.
Quantitative easing, stimulus or whatever you want to call it did not get to the source of the US problem, which is the employment and hosing crisis. Actually that's the fruit of the problem. The real problem is the American mind-set that credit no matter what, is their right...and that hasn't changed!
I have a very uncomfortable feeling that all of this is going to explode very soon and as with sub prime 1, it will knock on to the whole world, bursting property bubbles in China other places and sinking the world into another credit crisis of monumental proportions.
Add all of this to the situation of already stressed banks in Europe and we have a huge problem ticking like a time bomb!
Israel
Much of the modern church is in much the same position as the world. It is blind to its call and and God's plan. Here is a very interesting reality that is worth taking note: A church that doesn't teach or preach on eschatology (end times) will not teach on God's truth relating to the Jews, Israel and Jerusalem. They will be the churches teaching and preaching replacement theology (the evil, satanic doctrine that presumes God has ditched Israel and replaced her with the church.) These churches will be full of self importance and full of nice strong motivational self- orientated preaching. They will be teaching and preaching out of the energy of the flesh disguised as the Spirit.
If they are into replacement theology they will not teach end times, if they don't teach end times they will be into replacement theology. These two are inextricably linked.
The fence is rising. Those that are into replacement theology are setting themselves up to be taken over by the spirit of the false prophet. They will at some time in the near future become our worst enemies.
They will lead a new Holocaust.
Safety in this time:
Petra is coming. But before we get to that actual situation where God will supernaturally protect fleeing Israel, we will be in a situation where the protection of God will be available for many believers. Yes I said many!
There will be many whom God will allow to be martyred! That's His business and I wouldn't second guess it.
The most powerful way to be safe at any time, and specifically in this soon coming time of immense trouble and testing for the world, is to know our Lord deeply and intimately. Our Lord says, in a few places, "depart from Me, I never knew you". How do we get Him to know us? The Bible says that those who love Him are known by Him and also that those that know Him are known by Him!
John 1:12 "As many as received Him, to them He gave the authority to become the children of God"
1 Corinthians 8:2 "If anyone loves God this one is known by Him."
Galatians 4:9 "But now after you have known God, or rather are known by God, how is it that you turn away..."
Psalm 31:20 "I will hide you in the secret place of my presence."
This is incredible safety in troubling times. Please note that it's not automatic. If you are a half hearted believer, or if you are "lukewarm" there is a promise for you. It is that you will "spewed out of Lord's mouth"
There is an old song that goes "The things of the world grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace" If we are growing in the right direction with our Lord, you will be able to test it and measure it by how strong the attractions of the world are in your life.
Our great Lord, Messiah and King will protect you and me through the coming storms.
Part of the package of knowing our King includes knowing as much as we are permitted to know about the terrible and violent soon coming tribulation period and the soon coming of our Lord.
The issue is not so much about being right on a particular date for the start of the tribulation and the coming of our Lord, but looking and watching for the signs and being ready.
On a personal level, I will never ever, not for one second, consider or submit to the army of deceived very reverends, bishops, priests, ministers and pastors and others who continuously teach that "no on knows the time". They often don't say it but they mean; "therefore don't bother looking or watching". Be careful they are a great danger to your very soul!
Let me repeat these verses that I've used a dozen times "Those that love His appearing purify themselves." "End time scoffers say where is the hope of His coming, all things will carry on just like normal"...just like in the days of Noah!
What do you think those guys were doing on the roof of the wedding-house, where the bridegroom was being expected. They weren't watching rabbits! They knew a wedding was about to take place and they had many signs that the bridegroom was going to arrive soon. They weren't up there waiting for months. They didn't know the exact time but they did know more or less.
To be prepared in this time we need to know the signs and know them well. We need to be watching and ready. We need to be right with our Lord in heart and doctrine and we need to know His word well. We need to look deeply into our own hearts and "examine ourselves". We need to be clean and pure. We need to have a full compliment of spiritual armour to strengthen our defences and we need to have the spiritual weapons of warfare at our disposal and in use.
There is so very much of church tradition that we need to forsake forever and replace with the truth.
Summary:
Tough times are coming. The world is not getting better and more peaceful. Huge dramas are about to break onto the world stage. We need to know what they are and be ready.
We need to know that our God will protect us in the coming days.
We need to have hope and encouragement.
Hope is a vital part of our lives. It's actually important in everyone's life, because without it life becomes meaningless and empty. Many people are without hope in this world and in a desperate state.
Ephesians 2:12 "At that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, have no hope and without God in this world"
Hosea 14:5-6 "I will belike the dew to Israel, He shall grow like the lily, and lengthen his roots like Lebbanon. His branches shall spread, his beauty shall be like an olive tree."
Heaven or hell:
Old lady, don't give up hope. You will soon walk into eternity and get a new body. A young one that will be perfect in every way and it will be eternal. But my dear, if you don't know our Lord, you will go to hell and your sufferings will be much worse than ever and eternal. Don't listen to people who say there is no hell.
Old lady you look very depressed and sad. Do you know that salvation is free and it is so simple anyone can walk into it. Its as far from you as that door just behind you. getting to know our Lord will lift you high and give you victory forever.
