Amazing plans for the new Jerusalem Temple:
●Please have a look at the video clip (in the videos section above) Which for the first time, will take you on a virtual tour through the Temple Chamber Hewn in Stone. This video is based on the exact, highly detailed plans now complete of this incredible Temple.
This will be the third Temple. It will be built on the Temple Mount, Jerusalem. It is the Temple in which the antichrist will declare himself as God at the midway mark of the tribulation period. (2Thesselonians2:4) The third and final Millennium Temple of Ezekiel 40 is not this one. In the Millennium there will be a completely new Temple built according to the plans of Ezekiel.
The Temple Institute has already completed all the vessels, implements, High Priest clothing, musical instruments and everything else needed. It's all ready and waiting. These are not replicas but the actual objects built out of gold, silver etc.
The image below is just three of the hundreds of blueprints recently completed.
There is one little problem though and that is the Muslim mosque standing on the site. The area opposite the Golden Gate is open and may be used, but the most likely scenario is that something will happen soon which will either destroy the mosque or some agreement may be reached which would facilitate the building of the Temple on the open section of the Temple Mount.
The bus below in a Jerusalem street bears a banner proclaiming the soon-to-be built Temple.
According to prophecy, this Temple does not need to be complete until the halfway mark of the tribulation period. It could come about as a result of the peace deal made with antichrist and Israel at the start of the tribulation.
The image below shows some of the actual Temple vessels recently completed and ready for use in this coming Temple. (Thanks to The Temple Institute.)
Many Christians object to the fact that this Temple will be built. Claiming that Jesus has fulfilled everything and we are now the temples of the Holy Spirit. Of course this is true, but we need to remember that the Jews are brought back into their land in spiritual blindness to Messiah and only then is the "veil" lifted (en-mass) The Temple is prophesied in numerous places. It will be built!
The writing on the wall
Mene Mene Tekel Upharsin were the words God inscribed miraculously on the wall of Babylon's palace.
The word 'Mene' was written twice. When this occurs in the Bible it means that God is putting double emphasis on it. He is stressing the point with absolute surety. Another example of this is in Revelation 18:2 "Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen"
Daniel 5: 25-26 "This is the interpretation of each word. Mene: "God has numbered your kingdom and finished it"; Tekel: "You have been weighed in the balances and found wanting"; Peres: "Your kingdom has been divided and given to the Medes and Persians."
Okay, here's the story:
The king of Babylon had a wild party. Belshazzar was a belcher of significance...a true party animal of note. He used gold and silver vessels (cups) from the Temple, for this party, which his father Nebuchadnezzar had given him. They drank wine from these Temple vessels, got drunk, praised their gods and had a wild, crazy time.
At the time of the party, the city was being surrounded by enemies. The king turned a blind drunk eye to the siege that was lying waiting.
God then joined the party, but He was angry. What infuriated God was the fact that holy Temple vessels were being used for this drunken party.
As Belshazzar slugged down his last ever cup of wine, God supernaturally inscribed His judgement on the wall.
Belshazzar was shocked but didn't know what it meant and called for Daniel to interpret it. He then gave the interpretation, which was the judgement of God on Belshazzar and his kingdom.
That very night Belshazzar was slain. Afterwards a general submission followed, but later Babylon fell to her enemies.
The pride and arrogance of one man who dishonoured God's holiness, brought down a whole nation very quickly.
Daniel 5:22-23 "But you Belshazzar have not humbled your heart although you knew all this and you have lifted yourself up against the Lord of heaven. You have brought the vessels of His house before you."
Why was God so angry:
It was simply because God's holiness was violated. These were the holy vessels of the Temple that had been set apart and purified. Does God care about what He has deemed to be holy? This story shows the shocking truth, that He most certainly does care, even about little details of holiness.
Of course nobody is sin free and perfectly holy. But , it's God's standard that we need to uphold and not water down to worldly levels. We are not to interfere with God's holy standards.
It is the duty and responsibility of leadership to uphold God's standard of holiness and purity.
The shocking bottom line:
God was not mad because the king used the wrong cups for a party. He was mad because the king had brought God's holiness down to his level. The central issue here is that leadership is responsible for what it does with God's holiness.
Prophetic implications for today:
We need to identify Babylon as a 'type' in relation to today's world. Is there a message in this 'writing on the wall' for the world today? You bet!!
Babylon is used in numerous scriptures as a type for the world system and a type for the worldly church.
These words of warning and judgement were written on a wall ages ago, but have a profound prophetic meaning for the world and the church today.
The Bible uses typology in many instances. Babylon is a type for the world system and of the church today (a large part of it) "Babylon the great" is the Biblical term used to describe the world system and "Mystery Babylon" is the term used for much of the church and it's Babylon-infested religion. (There is a bit of crossover application to both the world and the church.)
Babylon fell as a result of God's judgement and will never arise again.
Jeremiah 51:29 "Every purpose of the Lord will be performed against Babylon, to make the land of Babylon a desolation."
Jeremiah 50:46 "At the noise of the taking of Babylon the earth trembles and the cry is heard among the nations.
Isaiah 13:19 "And Babylon the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldean's pride, will be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah ."
The writing on the wall for the world:
Babylon was the city that tried to reach God by building a tower, against the will of God. It was the city of internationalism. It was the city which saw the origination of the modern banking system. It was 'politically correct.'
The world is messing with God's holiness. It is has become an institution of pure evil. It is the home of humanism and everything that seems right but is condemned by God. State is not the church and the church is not the state, but the state was never ever meant to be completely removed from the influence of the church.
The church should always be above the state. In fact the basis of all law comes from the Ten Commandments.
The world has taken God's holy word and effectively cast it down and trashed it. Isaiah 59:14 "Justice is turned back and righteousness stands afar off and truth is fallen in the street."
The world has its own God-devoid ideas coming from its own evil heroes.
Many say that Babylon prophetically refers to the USA. This is most certainly true, but it goes further and actually refers to the whole world system.
The ultimate eternal judgement of God is about to fall on this world system. It will never recover.
Jeremiah 25:11-12 "And this whole land shall be desolate and an astonishment, and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years. Then when the seventy years are completed, I will punish the king of Babylon...and make it a perpetual desolation."
It's worth bearing in mind that God always warns before He pours out His wrath. He did this in the days of Noah, Lot and Babylon. This is exactly the situation again today.
The world is drunk on its own power, self importance, ego and pride. It casts down God's holiness, but the writing is on the wall now.
Today the writing is on the wall for Washington, Europe and in fact the whole world.
The writing on the wall for the church:
Revelation 18: 2-5 "And he cried mightily with a loud voice saying Babylon the great is fallen is fallen and has become a habitation of demons...for all the nations have drunk of the wine of her fornication. The kings of the earth have committed fornication with her and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury. And I heard another voice from heaven saying "Come out of her My people, lest you share in her sins.
There is little doubt that "mystery Babylon the great" refers to the Catholic church (and other similar orthodox churches.) But it also refers to mixture or inter-faith movement. In its final form it will be a massive world religious body that will unbeknown to itself, be headed by the devil in the form of the Biblical 'false prophet'. This religious body will direct worship to the antichrist, whom it will think is our Lord.
God requires His servants to be separate and to present a lifestyle separate from the world. Going right back to Adam, God required a separation. The problem with Adam's sin was not eating of all the good stuff in the garden, but eating of the one thing God said don't eat of. The problem was mixture. Mixing what was allowed with what wasn't is the big problem.
God says "don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers" (2 Corinthians 6:14) God says "They shall teach My people the difference between the holy and the unholy and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean." (Ezekiel 44:23)."God says "how can a spring produce bitter and sweet water." (James 3:11) God says "because you are lukewarm, I'll spit you out of My mouth." (Revelation 3:16)
The word Babel or Babylon (the same in the original) means to mix together or mingle. The influence of Babylon on the Catholic church has produced mixture. A mix of occult-based pagan-based evil. A huge part of the church has wallowed it all hook line and sinker.
The main pagan characteristics of Babylon that have filtered into the Catholic church have also filtered through to much of the non- Catholic church as well.
The story of the writing on the wall is all about God's holiness being violated. This means that this story has profound meaning for the church today.
The city of Babylon was the home of mixed religion. It was the origin of inter-faith.
How do you know if you are vulnerable to fall into the Babylon-church trap?
The mark of the true believer set apart to God is this: He will reject the Babylonian influences in the church and obey God and maintain Godly convocations.
●What about the Bible verses say we are free from having to observe certain days and eat only certain foods etc?
Colossians 2:14-17 "Having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us...He has taken it out of the way and nailed it to the cross...Therefore let no one judge you in food or in drink or regarding a festival or a new moon or Sabbaths, which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ."
Romans 14:2-6 "For one believes he may eat all things, but he who is weak eats only vegetables. Let not him who eats despise him who does not...One person esteems one day above another; another esteems every day alike. Let each one be convinced in his own mind. He who observes the Day observes it to the Lord and he who does not, does not observe the Day to the Lord..."
Galatians4:9-10 "But now after you have known God or are known by God, how is it that you turn again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage. You observe days and months and seasons and years?"
The three verses above (and there are more) speak volumes. Yes we are truly set free from observance of these things in a legalistic way. But can you see what they are saying? They clearly instruct those who want to celebrate certain days not to bring others down who don't want to celebrate days. It's all above walking in love with fellow believers.
Have you noticed how those under the bondage of legalism always put others down who don't keep their rigid set of laws?
The big thing with observing the Sabbath, the feasts and the like is that it identifies us with something. This is of major importance! If you celebrate Christmas, Easter, infant baptism and other such things, you are identified with the Babylonian church.
If you celebrate Shabbat, Passover etc. you are identifying with God's holy line of truth and His people the Jews. You are also in a position to make the Jews jealous as the Bible commands. But be careful of coming under the bondage of legalism.
The best way to measure whether you are in danger of legalism is to observe what it does with your walk of love to others.
You don't need to observe days legalistically, but I can tell you that there is a great blessing in observing and identifying with these holy convocations. On the other hand, there is a curse on all pagan festival observance.
The gates of hell will not prevail against the true church. A divided kingdom will not stand. (Mark 3:24)
Candidates for deception:
●Those who do not take up their own cross. ●Those who always say; "I think..."or..."It seems right to me"...or..."I feel good about that". ●"This is what many others think also, so I'm okay". ●Those filled with personal ambition. ●Those unwilling to suffer persecution. ●Those who are ignorant of the Bible. ●Those who live for themselves and are self orientated. ●Those in love with the world and just want to have fun.
Today, the church is at the crossroads. For many, they will go on blindly into greater and greater deception. For others they will hunger and thirst for God Himself, His holy ways and His holy word. Great glory lies ahead for untold millions while great grief lies ahead for others.
We are in a spiritually charged era. There is a battle on the go in the spiritual world for the eternal souls of people.
The central doctrine of the new universal one-world-religion is good intentions! To qualify all you need is to be a productive and respectable citizen identified by common tradition.
I heard someone say the other day, "Why can't we all just get along"? There is only one way we can all get along and that is by applying the cross to our lives and maintaining a central Bible-based doctrine in the Spirit. It is the cross that separates, and gloriously so!
The writing on the stone given to Moses will keep us safe from the writing on the wall of Babylon's palace. Both came from the exact same supernatural hand of the living God. One demonstrated pure holiness and the other the holiness of Gods judgement.
God's holiness was represented in the Temple vessels that were abused by Belshazzar. It brought him and his nation down. God's holiness is represented in the Ten Commandments...don't think you can trivialise them.
For us as believers, the writing on the wall applies to our relationship to both aspects of Babylon. Come out of her My people says the Bible. Come out the world and come out of the worldly church!
This is not the time for unity with the Babylon-rich church. Its the time for separation unto God and a greater disunity with the world and its religious systems. Belshazzar was led by fatal stupidity.
Romans 1:21-22 "Although they knew God, they neither glorified Him as God nor were thankful and their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened."
Today a lot of the church has been influenced by the culture of the world and is now irrelevant to God. It has lost its influence and in most cases fallen in love with the world system. The new secular spirituality is a product of blind, deceived leaders, motivated by Satan posing as God.
Many believers are saddened at the state of the church, but are too chicken to break with its unholy traditions. Many are becoming shocked at the state of the church and are breaking free. Many are excited by God's new work. They're ready to return to our Hebraic roots.
Whatever your position, dear believer, please bear in mind that Our Lord only has one body. We need to be careful how we deal with people in the regular church. We want them, as brothers and sisters to move forward. We can reject the error, but we must not reject the people, except in extreme circumstances. We don't know who's who in the zoo and who will remain trapped in traditionalism forever. We don't know who will wake up and move forward with our Lord into glory.
The spirit of Babylon entered the Catholic church way back in 315 AD. It's still there. The 'daughter' spirit is in Protestantism and it's still there too. The answer is to recognise the spirit of Babylon and come out of her.
Essentially God brought doom and destruction on Babylon because of the misuse of a few pieces of metal! But these were holy Temple vessels. If God took the misuse of Temple vessels so seriously, then it will be the same now. We are God's Temple. We are God's workmanship. We are to build our lives in line with His holiness. Don't think you water down His holiness.
Revelation 18:21...Thus with violence the great city of Babylon will be thrown down and shall not be found anymore."
God always warns of impending judgement. Most aren't listening. They're too busy. Some don't care and some don't believe it. That changes nothing. The wise will see, hear, take note and prepare themselves to avoid and escape the judgement.
Judgement has been passed. The outworking of the sentence of destruction is about to play out on the world stage. The judgement and sentence is final and irreversible.
The judgement of God was fully carried out on His own Son as our substitute. Everything and everyone inside of Christ and His kingdom is free from eternal judgement.
We are about to enter the most monumental time in the history of the world. The wrath of God, man and the devil will all run side by side. The glory of God will be at work saving, transforming and uniting His body in newness of life. Our God offers oceans of peace and joy in the midst of stress and turmoil!
Psalm 90:12 "So teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom."
John 9:4 "I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work."
Heaven or hell:
The origin of the word 'culture' comes from two root words meaning worship and work. Multiculturalism on its own is not the problem, but multi-faith most certainly is. Babylon was the first home of multi faith. God warned that he would destroy it and He did. Today the same situation is before us as much of the church promotes multi faith. If there are other ways to God, the cross has no meaning! Hell is the end of multi faith. You with the fancy earrings, how many gods do you have and worship?
Your feathery headdress may scare some kids away, but it will not scare away any demons, as you believe. In fact it's a sign of attraction for a host of demons that will possess you, blind you and send you to hell. To enter heaven you need to repent, be delivered and set free and then you need to follow our Lord and Messiah.
Here is a painting by Rembrandt showing Belshazzar and his harem in shock as God wrote their doom on the wall. Note the Temple vessels that were being used.
Kind regards and many blessings...Shalom and grow in grace!
